We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading Commercial / London Market insurer and play a central role in shaping and delivering a broad portfolio of transformation across Claims, Operations, and Multinational programmes.

Reporting into the Business Analysis Manager, you’ll join a team that embraces new technology and process improvement. The company is renowned for its exceptional culture and has a major change agenda, including programmes in TOM, digital innovation, and applied AI.

You'll be great for this role if you:

• Are a proven Senior BA or an experienced mid-senior BA ready to step up.
• Have experience across Business Analysis, Product Ownership or Change, ideally with a blend of tech and operational projects.
• Bring domain knowledge within Commercial or London Market insurance (specialty or reinsurance also considered).
• Are comfortable working within agile environments, even if you’re not a strict purist.
• Have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and a desire to make a real impact.

This is a permanent position offering up to £70,000-£80,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a 10% bonus and excellent benefits, with hybrid working (1–2 days per week in the client’s London office, with flexibility where needed).
