I am currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager for a Specialty London Market Insurance client of ours based in central London.
You will be getting in at the early stages of a large planned transformation and managing the service delivery for the entire IT function globally. You will act as the glue between the IT department and therefore have a lot of varied responsibilities including (but not limited to); Project Handover to BAU, Maintaining & Improving ITIL services, Quarterley reports to C suite, 3rd party vendor management, Escalation point for severe incidents and much more!
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will have current experience of Service Delivery Management
- You are working within Financial Services and have an understanding of regulated envrionments
- You come from a techincal service desk/infrastructure background
- You thrive at stakeholder management and bringing a team to life with your energy
This is a permanent position paying up to £85,000 per annum
Hybrid working - 3 days a week on-site in central London.
