Solution Architect – HR Systems, RFP, Integration
Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking a Solution Architect to support a major HR transformation programme. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure solutions across multiple HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards.

Solution Architect – HR Systems, RFP, Integration
Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking a Solution Architect to support a major HR transformation programme. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure solutions across multiple HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards.
You’ll be great for this role if you have:
- Extensive experience in HR systems architecture, with a strong understanding of both functional and process design
- Proven ability to create approach documents and define scope and integration pathways for new platforms
- Hands-on experience across full project lifecycle: Discovery, RFP/RFI, PoC, selection, and delivery
- Expertise in ensuring high standards of data security and compliance in sensitive environments
- Ability to articulate functional requirements and lead process design across HR and business teams
- Familiarity with Waterfall methodology; exposure to tools like Monday.com is desirable
